Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

This document summarizes the basic principles of handling personal data of users of the website of ALLGRIPPERS s.r.o, with its registered office at Na Svépomoci 171, Nový Bydžov, postal code 504 01, ID number: 09 60 88 42, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, C 46458 ('ALLGRIPPERS'), which acts (in most cases) as a controller of personal data.

The controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator"), ALLGRIPPERS, proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with Act 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, ev. Act No. 127/2005 Coll., On Electronic Communications, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services, as amended and other legal regulation. From 25 May 2018, Act No. 101/2000 Coll. when processing your personal data, we follow the European Union Regulation No. 2016/679, the general regulation on the processing of personal data.

The administrator did not appoint a data protection officer.

What data do we process as administrators?

Within our website, we process the data that we provide by filling out forms. Specifically, we process the following data.

  • Cookies (for the purpose of offering relevant content just for you and making it easier to browse websites)

For what purpose do we manage the mentioned data and for how long?

We collect your personal information in order to be able to use our services and products. When filling out the contact form, we manage the personal data contained in the form only for the purpose of answering or processing your request or inquiry. Your personal data will not be further processed or passed on to a third party.

We collect and store data obtained through the contact form, ie obtained in connection with the sending of your inquiry, for a period of approximately 12 months from the receipt of this data.

There is no automatic individual decision by the administrator within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.  

When is it not necessary to consent to the processing of personal data?

We may process personal data without your consent only for the purposes of:

  • Fulfillment of the contract, the subject of which is the provision of services or products offered by us, in which the customer has been actively expressed interest.
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations that arise for us from generally binding legal regulations.
  • Processing within the framework of legitimate interests (for direct marketing, ensuring safety and protection of life).

How is my data protected?

We try to secure all personal data that we process against their leakage or theft. For this reason, we restrict their manipulation, copying, transmission or access to them only for strictly necessary purposes, which are defined by law.

Furthermore, our website is secured by the HTTPS protocol (valid SSL certificate) for encrypted connections between the website and the user, thanks to which the possibility of their theft during data transfer (sending within the form, etc.) is minimized.

The website is hosted on secure servers.

What are my privacy rights?

  • Request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected.

  • Request data transfer.
